Shipping & Delivery

• Our standard processing time for orders is 2-6 business days depending on availability. Overnight shipping orders are processed within the same business day if order is placed by 1:00pm EST.  Please call us first to check availability for overnight orders.

• Please note processing + shipping are separate; processing is dependent on your order customization and shipping can take between 3 and 5 business days.  After your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking information via email within 48 hours.

• Currently we are not shipping internationally.

Returns

• You have up to 15 days to contact NCB about item(s) for a refund (minus shipping + handling).  The item(s) MUST NOT be unwrapped, tampered with, or used.

• Our products  are considered hygenic products.  We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously.  For the safety of all customers we can not accept opened items.

• Send an email to info@nadeshdacbeauty.com . You must contact us prior to sending your return so we can send you a confirmation number.  Requests for refunds on merchandise returned without contacting us will not be honored.

• We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) and PayPal.

• Contact via email info@nadeshdacbeauty.com for drop off request in TriState area only (NY, NJ,& CT).
